- [x] 1. I think the person sign-up form should also have the cause-area tagging field, I think most people will have strong preferences and will help with matching.
- [x] 2. For the person sign-up form I think we should put an optional box for them to fill in their Ballpark Location (no specifics, in case they want to volunteer in person) or at least their Timezone.
- [x] 3. For the person sign-up form I think we should ask for their Level of Availability. HWC had as options: 1-2 hours a day, 2-4 hours a day, 4+ hours a day, Only on Weekends, Full Time) but I think we should do 1-4 hours a week, 5-10 hours a week, 1-4 hours a day, 4+ hours a day, Full Time.
- [ ] 4. We used to have a skills tagging option in the project form and now it is just a freeform field.
- [ ] I like the idea of having a freeform field but I do think it might be helpful to keep the tagging system as well (and maybe add it to the volunteer page) because if our platform grows, it will prevent our matching team from having to read lots of text to be able to match people - we will be able to do (at least a fair chunk) more programmatically.
Not a huge priority, but if we suddenly get a lot of volunteers tomorrow it might be good to have them fill that out already.

This was changed due to previous feedback about limited options, which we might always get. for now this brought a lot more details than a tagging will do... I'm thinking about keeping this.
I'm thinking maybe for now to keep it manual, and later when we collect more data we can infer what are the better tags, and we could do a one-time manual conversion for the existing ones.
- [ ] 5. Eventually we should add a field to categorize if the organization is non-profit, for-profit, public benefit corporation or a non-incorporated project.
- [ ] For non-profits in the US we might want to capture their Nonprofit Employer Identification Number (EIN #) as it validates and some volunteers might want to know.
